We sit down with Cheryl to discuss her time growing up in Florida, going to college only to find out that her Grandmother needed her care so she moved home, began to overexercise and under eat, which took her to a rehab facility to battle Anorexia. After completing the rehab Cheryl was looking for a way to workout in a safe way and this is where she found CrossFit, where she actually decided to gain weight to be competitive. She has earned two trips to the CrossFit Games and learned so much that she now helps others by coaching CrossFit and Nutrition and prioritzes this in her life. She hosts a podcast "The Inner Athl-Eat", does online coaching and helps as many people as she can.

Danielle discusses how she had planned to adjust her plan in the 2020 season prior to the pandemic taking that away. We talk about her early athletic career in Track and Field where she was unable to attend Regionals due to the NCAA's being the same weekend. We talk to Stephanie Roy, 2X CrossFit Games Master's Champion, French Canadian Athlete who has participated on a team with Pro 1 Montreal, qualified for regionals in the open division while being of Master's age and competed again Katrin Davidsdottir, Kari Pearce and Carole Ann Reason-Thibault. Stephanie was also the fittest police woman in the world in two different years. Suffered a traumatic injury to her leg and during the course of rehab found CrossFit, She has also judged at some of the biggest Sanctionals... and so much more!
