The athletes are not in a bubble, they are affected by every decision CrossFit Makes. They are human beings with human emotions. One athlete share those stages of dealing with all this and how at the end of the day she just has to compete. This is not a hobby for the athletes this is a career, a life long dream, something they have put 100% of their focus toward and making changes that make no sense or could have been dealt with prior to becoming an issue are not helping the cause.
Mal O'Brien and others get switched from 1 semi-final to another overnight with no explanation. Currently both the Atlas Games and The Granite Games have IG posts announcing Mal as being part of their semi final. Another amateur move by the CrossFit Games. So over it.
